As part of our ongoing commitment to providing excellent customer service, we have made it super easy for you to claim your money back.
If our product does not meet your expectations we will offer you a full refund (providing that your order was placed within a 30-day window). Please note that only damaged or defective items qualify for pre-paid return postage.
How to Return

Once accepted you can post your return to our fulfillment center, located in Walsall.
Your refund will be processed within 24 hours of the return being received but may take 3 – 5 working days to appear in your account.
