Occasionally parcels are lost in transit. In the unlikely event that your order doesn’t turn up then, we advise you to contact us for a free replacement.
We offer free 30-day returns on all damaged or defective items. Products that were purchased in error are still eligible for returns though the customer must pay return postage.
We pay return postage on every return on the condition that the product is damaged or defective. We expect the customer to cover the cost of return postage if their purchase was made in error.
We encourage all customers to use tracked postage to avoid missing parcel situations.
We are happy to exchange your product with one of equal value should find that preferable to a refund.
